Hilltop House

To help our wedding guests with accommodations, Twin Maples Farm owns two other properties within 8 miles of the farm that can be rented during your wedding weekend.

Hilltop, our totally-renovated Federal 1850’s house offers up to seven (7) bedrooms with a total of three (3) full baths, a kitchen, dining room, and two sitting rooms, including a large-screen TV and wifi. There is also an adjoining, renovated barn with a wonderful loft space where we have a ping pong table for guests to use. The town ocean landing with picnic tables is diagonally across the street.

Hilltop is the perfect place for the groom’s family. It can be rented for $2,500 for four (4) nights. It is located in the village of Waldoboro, just eight miles away from Twin Maples Farm in a picturesque small seaside town, within walking distance of local conveniences and restaurants.

The Reed Mansion
Acquired in mid-2015, this historic 1814 home was the site of the adoption of Maine’s state seal in 1820, designed by Isaac Reed, a prosperous local shipbuilder and community and state leader.

We can make available our separate guest apartment which has three bedrooms, a kitcheonette, and full bath at a cost of $1,000 for four (4) nights.
